My Approach

“Experience Wholeness Through Touch”

Hello and welcome to Dancing Hands Massage & Bodywork! The therapy I provide nurtures the body and facilitates healing, while addressing my clients individual needs which can range from deepened relaxation in their life to working with acute and chronic pain issues.

I am prepared to work with my clients to understand what may be going on in their body. Becoming more receptive and in touch with themselves, my clients will be empowered to actively participant in their self-care. I approach the body with awareness, listening as I sink and melt into tight muscle tissue and communicating around pressure and comfort level so that if we are doing deeper work, we are only going to that inviting edge where perhaps there is a sensation of delicious discomfort, not pain.

As my clients turn their awareness inward to different areas of their body they may be surprised at how much they feel. We are magnificent beings, and through massage and bodywork we can begin to traverse and explore the landscape that we inhabit, living our life in and through our beautiful bodies more deeply.
